Lived knowledge

Where the teaching finds its way into daily life, the everyday practices through which Ayurveda does not stay knowledge, but becomes experience.

Some knowledge you understand. Other knowledge you have to live. Lived Knowledge is the place for the second kind: the small, daily acts that nourish the body before they explain anything. Not theory about substance, but the practice that tends it.

Here, what comes from lived experience grows, little by little.

The Ayurvedic Morning Routine
Oil pulling, tongue scraping, nasal care, how the body finds its way into the day before the world calls.

Abhyanga, the daily oiling
Why warm oil is more than skincare, and how the old self-massage looks in everyday life.

Ghee, the golden elixir
Why the Ayurvedic tradition reveres a fat we have learned to fear.

Being Less Why calm is not a coincidence: on co-regulation, the quiet root beneath all care, and what has always been within us.

These practices rest on a teaching. If you want to know why they work, you will find it in → The Seven Dhatus.
