A note on everything you find here

This is me, Lea, the person behind this voice.

None of this is truly mine. What I share, the words, the knowledge, the practices, all of it is gathered. From the Ayurvedic tradition. From the Amartya lineage, in which I am still learning. From years of lived experience, and from the dialogue with teachers, texts and tools that helped me give it shape.

I claim no ownership of any of it. At heart I am a collector of gold, not to keep it, but to let it shine and pass it on. That is the way of the Niffler, and it is mine.

I pass it on, as it was given to me.

For many years I traveled, lived in extraordinary places, and immersed myself in different cultures, belief systems and healing traditions. Ayurveda found me, or perhaps I found it, and it became one of the most precious pieces in my collection. I studied Ayurvedic medicine in Switzerland and have practiced in many parts of the world.

The greatest gold, I have learned, is not found on the outside. It lives within, in stillness, in devotion, in deep trust. Everything I share here comes from that place. And everything returns to it.

Movement, meditation and the exploration of consciousness have been my daily practice for years. I believe deeply that we must become the medicine this world so badly needs.

Pure Rituals is my way of sharing what I know, what I love, and what has truly helped, me and so many others along the way.
